If you would like to become a mentor in our mentoring program and support a participant, please fill out the form below. Read the questions carefully and answer as specifically as possible.

Belong connects foreign-born individuals looking to enter the job market with people who have professional experience in Sweden. Over the course of seven months, you’ll meet at least once a month to discuss the workplace, career opportunities, and next steps.

As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your own career, expand your network, and contribute to a more inclusive job market. Plus, it’s a valuable experience to add to your resume. We recognize your value—your experience can inspire and empower others!

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in the Swedish labor market (e.g., currently employed or retired)
Is based in Sweden
Lives in Stockholm or Uppsala County
Can set aside a few hours a month to support someone
