Belong connects foreign-born individuals looking to enter the job market with people who have professional experience in Sweden. Over the course of seven months, you’ll meet at least once a month to discuss the workplace, career opportunities, and next steps.
Your commitment can make a big difference and help someone take important steps toward their goals.
As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your own career, expand your network, and contribute to a more inclusive job market. Plus, it’s a valuable experience to add to your resume. We recognize your value—your experience can inspire and empower others!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in the Swedish labor market (e.g., currently employed or retired)
- Is based in Sweden
- Lives in Stockholm or Uppsala County
- Can set aside a few hours a month to support someone
