Your path to jobs and community
Are you a foreign-born woman who wants to get closer to working life? Or an established Swedish woman who wants to make a difference? For three months, participants take part in meetings about the labor market, job searching and networking - with their own mentor as support Childcare is offered so that everyone can participate on equal terms. Framtidsprogrammet Järva is funded by the Postcode Lottery Foundation and is part of the Foundation's initiative For the future of young people.
Key points
Knowledge that empowers
In five training sessions, participants gain insight into the labor market, job search tools and the opportunity to develop personal goals. More than 90% of our participants report that they gain increased knowledge during the sessions.
Mentoring that develops
Each participant is matched with a mentor who shares experiences and provides support for three months. Together, we explore pathways to jobs, networks and personal development. About one third of all participants succeed in finding a job with the help of their mentor.
Networking and community
All participants and mentors are invited to join the Women of the Future network, where we share tips and tricks with each other. Most participants and mentors stay in touch even after the program.
