Belong matchar utrikes födda som vill komma in på arbetsmarknaden med personer som har erfarenhet av yrkeslivet i Sverige. Under sju månader träffas ni minst en gång i månaden för att prata om arbetsliv, yrkesmöjligheter och vägar framåt. Dessutom anordnar Belong gemensamma träffar för alla som deltar i programmet.

As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your own career, expand your network, and contribute to a more inclusive job market. Plus, it’s a valuable experience to add to your resume. We recognize your value—your experience can inspire and empower others!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in the Swedish labor market (e.g., currently employed or retired)
- Is based in Sweden
- Lives in Stockholm or Uppsala County
- Can set aside a few hours a month to support someone
